Students and clients alike describe her work as transformational and life-changing.
In her own words:
"My philosophy has always been to help clients and students to find their own way through education as well as personal insights. I have used this approach in all of my roles and I find that most people get more out of their learning and their growth than if they are only offered one or the other. I use a humanistic approach, with respect for the intersections of all of a person's identities, values and ideas as well as their goals. Whether I am working with a coaching client, a couple or a supervisee, I craft personalized activities and exercises unique to each client or student, as well as offering media recommendations such as reading materials and podcasts. I genuinely, deeply enjoy working on problems, helping people to find their own unique voice, and supporting partners to become closer, happier and healthier in their lives."
Coaching help and interventions include empowerment, sexual and intimate communication, troubleshooting stuck places, pleasure enhancement, shame reduction, navigating from monogamy into consensual non-monogamy, sacred sexuality practices/Tantra, breakup help/conscious uncoupling, relationship skills and more.

“Roz is one of those rare individuals in our field who combines the warm heart and soul of a therapist with the discerning mind of skeptical scientist. The result is an individual who uses her understanding of science and research to guide her therapy and her therapeutic skill to give context to the interpretation of data. I come away from interacting with Roz glad to be in the field of human sexuality.”

I just am beyond grateful for everything that you have done for me both as an educator and as a person. Thank you so much for being a hard-working and inspiring educator that I look up to and reference from. Thank you for giving your all and being authentic and compassionate while doing it. Thank you for all the amazing experiences and learnings that I had because of you and ISEE. I am actually writing these with tears in my eyes thinking about my time with you is coming to an end. But I know this ending will bring so many new beginnings. I am just so grateful for you and that I get to call you a teacher, a mentor, a guru... Just thank you!
